The vision of the RENPER is to achieve a greater unity between its members for the purpose of universities researches and other activities contribution on poverty eradication.

1. Strategizing, energizing, and synergizing ideas and efforts by academicians, individually or institutionally, in poverty eradication within the region.

2. Exchange of ideas to eradicate poverty through education, research, and development.

1. Sharing ideas about constraints and challenges of recent Poverty Eradication Efforts.

2. Sharing experiences on programs, activities, research, and community service that has been done by institutions of higher education, individuals, community groups, government institutions, and other significant groups.

3. Sharing for best practices of initiatives and strategies for poverty eradication in the participating countries.
